Interested in improving your golf swing? Want longer drives?

You can work on your swing all day trying to improve but if you’ve got limited hip, shoulder, and spinal mobility expect mediocre gains at best from all that swing practice. Our program starts with a systematic assessment of the mobility and stability of all of your joints. Hip extension is the primary source of explosive power for all athletes and golfers are no exception in this regard.

If you have limited hip mobility you will have issues maximizing your power generation. The thoracic spine (the part of your spine that runs from the bottom to top of your rib cage) is the most rotationally mobile potion of your spine. If it’s limited you won’t be able to rotate far enough to generate maximum power on your swing. Your joints need to be kept healthy if you want to play at your best.

If you’ve been struggling to build a more powerful swing and gain more range in your drive, you may just have some significant limitations in some of your joints. Or you may just need to train your muscles to build more explosive power.

Depending on your injury history, we will also assess your lower body, core, and upper body power. The results of these two assessments (joint mobility and power assessment) will dictate the program we create for you.

This systematic approach will improve your the way you move and your ability to generate explosive powerful shots. We’re confident you’ll appreciate the improvements you’ll see in your game and in your life in general.
