Foundational Movement
We start by screening the way your hips, shoulders, and spine move and learning about your injury/pain history. Our program is designed to improve limitations in your joint mobility and stability while building strength in the movement patterns that are safe for you based on that screen. As weeks progress, you will not only get stronger but move better and have an improved quality of life as well.
Strength
Teaching proper technique and the specifics of safe and effective weight training ensures that every member of our functional fitness program understands how to build strength safely and bring out their bodies' strength potential. Having more muscle mass also means you naturally look better and will burn more calories going about your daily activities.

Fat Loss & Nutritional Knowledge
Learning about proper nutrition will help you fuel your body like an athlete. You'll see increased muscle gains, faster fat loss, reduced inflammation and more. It will speed up and amplify everything you do in the gym with us. Build the habits to live a healthy lifestyle and stay fit for life.
Motivation & Accountability
Motivating our members comes from building a relationship and the bond that comes from seeing each other and working towards a common goal for a 2+ hours each week. We don't take this trust for granted and are truly grateful for everyone that puts faith in us to help them reach their goals.

Functional Education
The lessons learned in our training gym will help you identify which movement habits are most important to keep your body healthy and moving well. Each adult member's career and daily habits put stresses on their body. Learning the appropriate movements that can ease those stresses and restore joint health will lead to a better, more active life. Our nutrition programs complements your training and will teach you how to eat to stay lean, reduce inflammation, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All of this comes together to keep you enjoying a healthier and more fun life.
Cardiovascular Training
You won't be doing traditional cardio in the gym with us, although we may recommend you do it on your own. However, you will gain cardiovascular fitness through the work to rest ratios of your strength training routines. Once our members reach certain mobility and fitness standards (or if you are there already), and depending on their goals, we begin to manipulate work to rest ratios to create greater gains in strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness.
